The ICONIX Process Roadmap is a collection of activity diagrams illustrating all of the steps involved in the ICONIX Process. There’s a high-level diagram (shown below) depicting the overall process; and from there you can drill down into more detailed diagrams for the various activities and milestones; e.g. use case modeling and preliminary design.
For fans of Sparx Systems’ Enterprise Architect (EA) UML modeling tool, there’s also a handy plug-in available that allows you to create a project based around the ICONIX Process Roadmap. We strongly encourage you to give it a try! (EA is available as a free 30-day trial download).
